尼妥珠单抗治疗老年晚期食管癌患者的效果观察

Effect of nituzumab in elderly patients with advanced esophageal cancer

目的 探究尼妥珠单抗联合IMRT治疗老年局部晚期食管癌患者的疗效观察。方法 以回顾性研究2020年1月-2022年12月抽取的76例老年局部晚期食管癌患者作为分析对象,依照随机数字表法设置两组各38例,对照组单独应用IMRT治疗,观察组在前者基础上增加尼妥珠单抗治疗,比较两组患者疗效情况和远期生存率。结果 实施不同治疗措施后,对照组疗效低于观察组,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05),观察组远期生存率高于对照组,组间对比差距明显(P<0.05)。结论 对于患有老年局部晚期食管癌给予尼妥珠单抗联合IMRT治疗,疗效较佳,远期生存率高,利于预后,值得推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Nimotuzumab combined with IMRT in the treatment of elderly patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer.Methods In a retrospective study from January 2020 to December 2022 selected 76 cases of elderly patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer as the analysis object,according to the random number table method set two groups of 38 cases,the control group alone with IMRT treatment,the observation group on the basis of the former increase nituzumab treatment,compare the two groups of efficacy and long-term survival rate.Results After im-plementing different treatment measures,the curative effect of the control group was lower than that of the observation group and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).The long-term survival rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the contrast between the groups was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Nimotuzumab combined with IMRT for elderly patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer has better curative effect and high long-term survival rate,which is beneficial to the prognosis and is worthy of promotion.
