摘要
为研究大掺量路面铣刨料在水泥稳定碎石基层中的适用性,文章以G55二广高速二连浩特至赛罕塔拉段改扩建工程项目为依托,系统测试不同铣刨料掺量下的水泥稳定碎石性能,并进行试验路铺设研究。结果表明:80%铣刨料(RAP)掺量下的水稳碎石基层水泥用量需达到5%才能满足规范的要求;随着铣刨料(RAP)掺量的提高,水泥稳定碎石无侧限抗压强度、间接抗拉强度、抗压回弹模量、抗冲刷性能、温缩性能、干缩性能逐渐下降,4种掺配比例下的试验路水稳碎石压实度均可达到98%以上。
In order to study the applicability of large amount of pavement RAP materials on cement stabilized macadam,this article takes the G55 Erlianhot to Saihantala reconstruction and expansion project of Erguang Expressway as the research subject.The performance of cement stabilized macadam with different amounts of RAP materials was systematically tested,and the experi-mental road laying research was conducted.The results show that the cement content of the cement stabilized macadam with 80% RAP material content needs to reach 5%to meet the requirements of the specification.With the increase of the content of RAP ma-terial,the unconfined compressive strength,indirect tensile strength,compressive resilience modulus,scouring resistance,tempera-ture shrinkage performance and dry shrinkage performance of cement stabilized macadam gradually decrease.The compaction de-gree of cement stabilized macadam can reach more than 98% under the four mixing ratios.
