摘要
高等职业院校复合型国际化人才培养,是职业教育国际化高质量发展的重心之一,也是助力“一带一路”倡议人才储备的重要环节。本研究运用全球胜任力模型,对参与国际活动情景中的学生实践进行了分析和研究,发现了高职学生在认识、人际和个人三个层面中的国际化发展现状及问题,并提出了基于产教研融合模式的国际化培养体系开发,加快职业教育全球胜任力师资培养,以及坚持正确义利观塑造的建议。
The cultivation of compound international talents in higher vocational colleges is one of the focuses of the high-quality development of international vocational education,and it is also an important link to help the talent reserve of the"Belt and Road"initiative.This study applies the global competency model to analyze and study the practice of students participating in international activities,and finds out the current situation and problems of internationalization development of vocational students in three levels of cognition,interpersonal and personal.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions on the development of international training system based on the integration mode of production,teaching and research,accelerating the training of global competent teachers in vocational education,and insisting on the shaping of the correct concept of justice and benefit.
