摘要
本文结合工作实践,研究了纪法贯通衔接的发展历程、制度体现以及近年来在国有企业的实践情况,分析了纪法贯通衔接存在的问题和原因,提出了新时代国有企业推进“纪法贯通、法法衔接”的措施与思考,要提高法治思维能力,保障纪法协同渠道顺畅,精准落实“纪严于法、纪在法前”,坚持自我革命,努力做到纪法有效贯通、法法有机衔接。
Based on the work practice,this paper studies the development process,system manifestation and practice in state-owned enterprises in recent years,analyzes the existing problems and causes of the connection between discipline and law,and puts forward measures and thoughts for state-owned enterprises in the new era to promote the"integration connection between discipline and law,connection between law and law".It is necessary to improve the thinking ability of the rule of law and ensure smooth cooperation channels between discipline and law.Accurately implement the"discipline is strict in the law and discipline is before the law",adhere to the self-revolution,and strive to effectively communicate the discipline and law and organically connect the law and law.
