摘要
采用铝酸酯偶联剂(ACA)改性聚苯乙烯泡沫(EPS)作为骨料,等量替代砂石制备塑料混凝土,研究不同骨料掺量对塑料混凝土力学和保温性能的影响。结果表明:ACA改性EPS能够显著改善塑料混凝土的力学和保温性能,且当ACA改性EPS填料的质量分数为15%时,塑料混凝土的干密度达到2723 kg/m^(3),较纯混凝土的干密度增加51.21%;塑料混凝土的抗压和抗折强度分别较纯混凝土增加19.09%和18.38%;塑料混凝土的平均摩擦系数维持在0.66。当ACA改性EPS填料的质量分数为25%时,塑料混凝土的导热系数达到最低,为0.12 W/(m·K)。综合考虑,建议ACA改性EPS骨料的替换量为15%。在此添加量下,塑料混凝土表现出优异的力学、耐磨及保温性能。
The aluminate coupling agent(ACA)modified expanded polystyrene(EPS)was used as aggregate to prepare plastic concrete by replacing sand and gravel in equal amount,and the effect of different aggregate content on the mechanical and thermal insulation properties of plastic concrete was studied.The results show that ACA modified EPS can significantly improve the mechanical and thermal insulation properties of plastic concrete.When the mass fraction of ACA modified EPS filler is 15%,the dry density of plastic concrete reaches 2723 kg/m3,which is 51.21%higher than that of pure concrete.Compared to pure concrete,the compressive and flexural strength of plastic concrete increased by 19.09%and 18.38%,respectively.The average friction coefficient of plastic concrete is maintained at 0.66.When the mass fraction of ACA modified EPS filler is 25%,the thermal conductivity of plastic concrete reaches the lowest,which is 0.12 W/(m·K).After comprehensive consideration,it is recommended that the replacement amount of ACA modified EPS aggregate be 15%.At this addition amount,plastic concrete exhibits excellent mechanical,wear resistance,and thermal insulation properties.
