情绪调节自我效能感训练对大学生阈下抑郁的干预效果研究——以在河北某医学高校的实验为例

摘要 目前,大学生群体由于心理不成熟、学业压力大,加之人际关系中存在的种种矛盾,成为阈下抑郁的高危群体。情绪调节自我效能感在情绪调节、稳定情绪以及行为方面发挥着积极作用。以在河北某医学高校的实验为研究对象,通过随机对照进行实证研究,采用情绪调节自我效能感训练进行干预,发现实验组大学生在感受和表达积极情绪、调节沮丧/痛苦情绪水平显著增高,阈下抑郁水平显著降低,并且有较好的干预效果。 At present,undergraduates have become a high-risk group of subthreshold depression due to their psychological immaturity,high academic pressure and various contradictions in interpersonal relationships.Regulatory emotional self-efficacy plays an active role in emotion regulation,emotional stability and behavior.Taking the experimental study of a medical university in Hebei as the research object,an empirical study was conducted through randomized control,and regulatory emotional self-efficacy training was used for intervention.It was found that undergraduates in the experimental group had a significant increase in the level of feeling and expressing positive emotions,regulating depression/pain emotions,and significantly reduced the level of subthreshold depression,and had a better intervention effect.
