三级淋巴结构(tertiary lymphoid structures,TLSs),亦称第三淋巴样结构或异位淋巴样结构,是非淋巴组织中后天形成的有组织的免疫细胞聚集体,在结构和功能上与次级淋巴结构相似。TLSs通常与非肿瘤疾病如自身免疫性疾病和慢性炎症性疾病相关。近期研究揭示了TLSs在多种肿瘤中的出现与患者预后密切相关,尽管其预测预后的作用在不同类型肿瘤中表现出显著差异,这可能与TLSs在肿瘤组织中的位置、成熟度和功能有关。目前,对TLSs的状态谱的全面识别尚不充分,限制了对其作为预后标记物潜力的评估。本文综合分析了TLSs在不同肿瘤类型中的分布特征,探讨了其在肿瘤治疗中的作用,以及TLS作为预后预测标记物的潜力和价值。

Tertiary lymphoid structures(TLSs),also known as tertiary lymphoid structures or ectopic lymphoid structures,are organized aggregates of immune cells that develop later in life in non-lymphoid tissues and that are structurally and functionally similar to secondary lymphoid structures.Additionally,TLSs are often associated with non-neoplastic diseases,such as autoimmune diseases and chronic inflammatory disorders.The presence of TLSs in a variety of tumors has been revealed in recent studies to be strongly associated with patient prognosis;however,its role in predicting prognosis varied in different types of tumors,which may be related to the location,maturity,and function of TLSs in tumor tissue.Currently,a comprehensive identification of the state profile of TLSs is insufficient,which limits our assessment of its potential as a prognostic marker.In this study,we comprehensively analyzed the distribution characteristics of TLSs in different tumor types and explored its role in tumor therapy,as well as the potential and value of TLS as a prognostic predictive marker.
