新时代农村基层党建是加快农业农村现代化进程的关键所在,以农村基层党建赋能农业农村现代化具有理论、目标与实践3个维度上的科学性与合理性。探寻理论维度上赋能的应然与实然逻辑,进一步明确目标导向,将实现农业农村现代化总目标分解为“物”的现代化、“人”的现代化与乡村治理体系和治理能力的现代化3个底层目标,在实践中不断打造新质生产力、提升组织战斗力、激活党建生命力,全面助力农业农村现代化目标的实现。
