盐分和干旱胁迫对罗布麻和白麻发芽率和发芽势的影响

Effects of Salt and Drought Stress on Germination Rate and Germination Potential of Apocynum venetum and Poacynum pictum

摘要 罗布麻与白麻作为我国盐碱地典型的盐生植物,对于恢复与提高盐碱地的利用效率具有较高价值。以采集于新疆库尔勒市的罗布麻和白麻为试验对象,通过研究6个梯度的NaCl溶液和5个梯度的聚乙二醇溶液处理对罗布麻和白麻种子萌发的影响,分析不同浓度的盐胁迫与不同程度的干旱胁迫下种子萌发的差异性。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的增加,罗布麻和白麻的发芽率和发芽势呈明显降低趋势,罗布麻的发芽势在200%mM NaCl后均受到显著抑制(P<0.05),而白麻的发芽势仅在50%mM NaCl时便发生显著抑制。两物种发芽率随干旱强度的增加均呈逐渐降低趋势,随着干旱浓度的不断增加罗布麻种子发芽势呈先增后减趋势,而白麻种子发芽势呈逐渐降低趋势。在聚乙二醇溶液中,聚乙二醇质量分数为10%的干旱处理下,两物种均发生显著的下降趋势,罗布麻种子发芽势显著下降15.48%,白麻种子发芽势显著下降33.33%。整体上看,罗布麻的耐盐性及耐旱性要高于白麻。 As the typical halophytes of saline-alkali land in China,Apocynum venetum and Poacynum pictum have high value for restoring and improving the utilization efficiency of saline-alkali land.In this paper,Apocynum venetum and Poacynum pictum were collected in Korla City.The effects of 6 gradients of NaCl solution and 5 gradients of PEG solution on seed germination of Apocynum venetum and Poacynum pictum were studied,and the differences of seed germination under different concentrations of salt stress and different degrees of drought stress were analyzed.On the whole,the salt tolerance and drought tolerance of Apocynum venetum are higher than that of Poacynum pictum.
