Countermeasures and Suggestions to Promote theWork of"Toilet Treatment"in Guiyang Rural Areas

以“大文章,小切口”的方式,针对贵阳市“农村五治”工作中“治厕工作”存在的相关问题,从进一步加大宣传力度,强化农民的思想意识和教育,激发其自身主动性;加大政府和社会的监督力度,提高治厕部门的资金拨付率,进而促进政府公信力,激发农民内驱动力;加大各政府部门间协同配合力度,加强沟通合作,明确各自相应职责职能,进一步加大农村厕所长效管护机制等方面,提出了一系列的对策与建议。

With the method of"big article,small incision",aiming at the problems existing in the"toilet treatment work"in the"rural five governance"work in Guiyang City,should further strengthen the publicity,strengthen the ideological consciousness and education of farmers,and stimulate their own initiative;Strengthen the supervision of the government and society,improve the fund allocation rate of the toilet treatment sector,so as to promote the credibility of the government and stimulate the driving force of farmers;Increase the coordination between various government departments,strengthen communication and cooperation,clarify their respective responsibilities and functions,further increase the long-term management and protection mechanism of rural toilets,and put forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions.
