Due to the lack of standard operation in the techniques of preparation before tillage,mulch covering and water management,farmers could not give full play to the production potential of Dioscorea esculenta.In order to help farmers plant Dioscorea esculenta well,increase yield and increase income,this paper introduced the cultivation technical specification of Dioscorea esculenta in Nanyang Basin in detail,and detailed and clear the specific operation.
