摘要
自然环境条件下,七叶一枝花种子休眠期长,发芽率低,生产周期长,很难实现规模化生产,影响了七叶一枝花的开发与利用。研究种子萌发过程中的限制因子及其解除方法,对提高七叶一枝花的产量和品质极其重要。综述了七叶一枝花种子休眠类型、原因和打破七叶一枝花种子休眠的方法及机制,旨在为提高七叶一枝花种子的出苗率,缩短人工育苗周期。
Under the natural environment,the seeds of Paris polyphylla have long dormant period,low germination rate and long production cycle,which makes it difficult to achieve large-scale production,which affects the development and utilization of Paris polyphylla.It is very important to study the limiting factors in the seed germination process and their removal methods for improving the yield and quality of Paris polyphylla.In this paper,the types and causes of seed dormancy and the methods and mechanisms of breaking the dormancy of seed were reviewed,in order to provide reference for improving the emergence rate of seed.
