全球智能机器人专利技术发展趋势及对广东的启示

摘要 随着全球新一轮科技革命不断深入,世界各国加快推动制造业智能化和产业链本土化发展,智能机器人作为支撑智能制造的重要新兴产业也迎来了近10年的黄金发展期。从专利申请趋势、核心专利分布、技术来源地和目标地、领先专利申请人4个方面分析了全球和广东省智能机器人产业专利技术的布局情况和发展趋势。通过比较广东省与发达经济体在智能机器人领域的技术发展和专利布局特点,发现广东省的智能机器人产业在近10年得到快速发展和升级,尤其是服务机器人和无人机领域的技术积累和专利布局现已位于世界前列。但总体来看,广东省智能机器人企业的核心技术和基础专利积累较为薄弱,海外专利布局不够完善,海外专利纠纷风险应对能力仍有待提升。因此,核心关键技术的研发力度需进一步加大,人才培育和引进、专利积累和管理方面有待加强,海外专利布局需进一步完善,提升产业国际竞争力。 The next phase of global scientific and technological revolution accelerates the smart manufacturing transformation and supply chain localization around the world.With a rapid growth for the last ten years,the robot industry becomes an essential emerging industry supporting the smart manufacturing.The patent layout and technological development of robot industry in the world and in Guangdong province are analyzed from four aspects:patent application trend,core patent layout,origin and application place of key technologies,and leading patent applicants.By comparing the technological development features and patent layout statistics of robot industry in Guangdong province and that of developed countries,it is found that the robot industry in Guangdong Province has also developed and upgraded rapidly in the last decade and the technology accumulation and patent application of service robots and unmanned aerial vehicles in particular are now in the forefront of the world.However,the number of fundamental patents owned by robot enterprises in Guangdong Province is relatively small;the overseas patent layout is not well-established;the awareness of overseas patent protection and the ability to deal with patent infringement disputes are yet to be improved.Therefore,the research and development efforts of core key technologies need to be further increased,talent cultivation and introduction efforts,as well as patent accumulation and management,need to be strengthened.The overseas patent layout needs to be further improved to enhance the international competitiveness of the industry.
