摘要
以塑料椅子扶手注塑加工为研究对象,针对传统注塑加工嵌件埋入及下料工作中人工操作劳动强度大、效率低、安全性差的问题,设计了基于工业机器人的椅子扶手注塑加工垫片嵌件埋入,扶手成品取放、检测及输送自动化产线。完成了产线的整体方案设计,重点开发了椅子扶手垫片取放夹具、扶手成品取放夹具以及垫片送料装置,搭建了以PLC控制为主,机器人控制为辅的控制系统,组建了触摸屏人机交互界面,并对自动化产线中常见问题进行了分析,给出了解决策略。经过实践测试,将机器人应用到椅子扶手注塑加工自动化产线中,生产效率提高了1.18倍,产品合格率提高了9.92%,人工数减少到一半,降低了劳动强度,增强了操作安全性、可靠性。
Taking the injection molding process of plastic chair armrests as the research object,in response to the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency,and poor safety in traditional injection molding process of embedding and cutting,an industrial robot based on automated production line for chair armrest injection molding process of gasket embedding,armrest product picking,testing,and transportation is designed.The overall design of the production line is completed,with a focus on the development of chair armrest pad picking and placing fixtures,armrest finished product picking and placing fixtures,and pad feeding devices.A control system mainly controlled by PLC and supplemented by robot control is built,and a touch screen human-machine interaction interface is established.Common problems in the automated production line are analyzed,and solutions are proposed.After practical testing,the application of robots in the automated production line for chair armrest injection molding increases production efficiency by 1.18 times,product qualification rate by 9.92%,reduced labor intensity by half,and enhanced operational safety and reliability.
