基于MATLAB Simulink移动式增氧机运动建模与仿真

摘要 为深入了解四轮驱动式移动式增氧机的不同状态下的运动特性,针对当前经验公式计算所得的四个明轮推力偏大,对控制系统设计不利的问题,提出了一种基于MATLAB Simulink的仿真方法,用以模拟移动增氧机的运动过程。建立了运动过程的数字仿真模型,仿真分析了移动式增氧机前进和原地增氧模式。结果表明:仿真模拟结果与实际运动特性相符。在前进模式下,移动式增氧机能够实现直线前进;在原地增氧模式下,可以实现原地静止。充分验证了所提数学模型的准确性,对移动式增氧机运动过程的理论研究和实际应用提供了一定的参考价值。 Aiming to understand the motion characteristics of four-wheel drive mobile aerator under different conditions,and to address the problem that the thrust of four paddle wheels calculated by the current empirical formula is too large,which is not conducive to the design of the control system,a simulation method based on MATLAB Simulink is proposed to simulate the motion process of mobile aerator.A digital simulation model of the motion process is established,and the mobile aerator forward and in situ aeration mode are analyzed.The results shows that the simulation results are consistent with the actual motion characteristics.In the forward mode,the mobile aerator can advance straight forward;in the in situ aeration mode,it can achieve stationary in situ.The accuracy of the proposed mathematical model is fully verified.This study provides certain reference value for the theoretical research and practical application of the motion process of mobile aerator.
