摘要
由于电气设备的设计、生产、维护等环节对操作人员的要求非常高,而传统的电气设备培训主要是通过课堂教学和实验室训练等方式进行,这些方法存在着许多不足,如培训成本高、时间长、环境受限、危险性大等问题。为此,将AR技术引入低压电气设备原理教学、检修实训系统中。采用3D Max构建项目设备模型,以C#为编译语言,利用Unity3D为技术开发平台,将AR技术与图像识别技术相结合,搭建多平台发布的电力设备仿真实训系统,实现可多人协同的常用低压电气设备的工作原理教学、模拟操作与仿真实训。探讨了系统的总体架构、交互模式等方案。实践证明,此系统的运行流畅、结构清晰、AR定位效果精确、培训效果佳,验证了将AR技术引用于电气设备多人协同仿真实训系统的正确性和可行性。
Because the design,production,maintenance and other aspects of electrical equipment have very high requirements for operators,and the traditional electrical equipment training is mainly carried out through classroom teaching and laboratory training,there are many deficiencies in these methods,such as high training cost,long time,limited environment,high danger and other problems.To this end,the AR technology is introduced into the principle teaching,maintenance and training system of low-voltage electrical equipment,which uses 3D Max to build the project equipment model,uses C#as the compilation language,uses Unity3D as the technology development platform,combines AR technology with image recognition technology,and builds a multi-platform power equipment simulation training system to realize the working principle teaching,simulation operation and simulation training of commonly used low-voltage electrical equipment that can be coordinated by multiple people.The overall architecture and interaction mode of the system are discussed.It is proved by practice that the system runs smoothly,has a clear structure,accurate AR positioning effect and good training effect,which verifies the correctness and feasibility of applying AR technology to the multi-person collaborative simulation training system for electrical equipment.
