摘要
随着箱式货车加装车用起重尾板(简称尾板)合法化,物流运输行业对尾板的使用也逐步规范,而市场上仍存在大量不合规的尾板,这些尾板虽然操作便利,能大幅提高装卸效率,但也随之带来严重安全隐患,导致近几年尾板造成的伤害事故多发。为减少尾板造成的伤害事故,通过对尾板的工作原理及典型事故鉴定案例分析,归纳尾板伤害事故的原因,提出降低尾板伤害事故的技术措施,其中产品质量问题和违规操作均是导致事故的主要原因,同时提出了一系列降低尾板伤害事故的技术措施,包括尾板的生产、安装、使用等。
With the legalization of the installation of tail-lifts for vehicle(referred to as tail-lifts)for box trucks,the logistics and transportation industry has gradually standardized the use of tail-lifts.However,there are still a large number of non compliant tail-lifts in the market.Although these tail-lifts are easy to operate and can greatly improve loading and unloading efficiency,they also bring serious safety hazards,leading to frequent injuries and accidents caused by tail-lifts in recent years.Aiming to reduce the injury accidents caused by tail-lifts,by analyzing the working principle of tail-lifts and typical accident identification cases,the causes of tailboard injury accidents are summarized,and technical measures to reduce tailboard injury accidents are proposed.Product quality issues and illegal operations are the main causes of accidents.At the same time,a series of technical measures are proposed to reduce tailboard injury accidents,including production,installation and using of tail-lifts.
