摘要
飞机运行过程中出现的间歇性故障具有隐蔽性强、故障现象不稳定、故障发生频次不确定、故障现象受环境因素影响难以再现的特点,给此类故障的彻底排除造成了极大困难。针对一起奖状560XLS+机型柯林斯姿态航向基准系统的间歇性故障,提出基于QAR数据分析的排故方法,通过对柯林斯姿态航向基准系统工作原理、故障现象和故障发生时的飞行状态的深入分析,在地面测试难以再现故障的情况下,对故障航段飞机快速存储记录器QAR记录的飞行数据进行译码、分析,准确判断故障部件并排除故障。同时对采用此种方法排除间歇性故障的过程和方法进行了归纳总结,为排除此类飞机运行过程中出现的间歇性故障提供了创新思维和借鉴指导,提高了排除此类故障的准确性、及时性和经济性。
Intermittent failures in the course of aircraft operation are characterized by their high degree of secrecy,unstable failures,uncertain frequency of failures and difficulty in reproducing them owing to environmental factors,which creates great difficulties for the complete elimination of such failures.In response to an intermittent failure of the C560XLS+aircraft Collins attitude heading reference system,a troubleshooting method based on QAR data analysis has been proposed.Through in-depth analysis of the working principle,fault phenomena,and flight status at the time of fault occurrence of the Collins attitude heading reference system,in the case where it is difficult to reproduce the fault in ground testing,the flight data recorded by the QAR rapid storage recorder of the faulty segment aircraft is decoded and analyzed to accurately identify the faulty components and eliminate the fault.At the same time,the processes and methods used to eliminate intermittent failures are summarized,providing innovative thinking and guidance for eliminating intermittent faults occurring during the operation of such aircraft,and improving the accuracy,timeliness and economy of eliminating such faults.
