新工科背景下电气类专业现场工程师人才培养体系探究

摘要 在新工科背景下,对电气类专业现场工程师人才的培养至关重要。随着科技的快速发展,电力行业对高素质现场工程师的需求日益增长。本研究首先分析了新工科背景下的人才需求,明确了具备扎实专业知识、实践能力和创新精神的现场工程师的重要性。接着制定了一系列培养措施,包括优化课程设置、加强实践教学、推进产学研合作等。同时,制定了明确的培养标准与评价体系,以确保人才培养质量。通过实践研究,验证培养体系的有效性,为电气类专业现场工程师人才培养提供理论依据和实践参考,助力电力行业的可持续发展,满足新时代对电力人才的新要求。 In the context of new engineering,it is very important to cultivate electrical professional field engineer talents.With the rapid development of technology,there is a growing demand for highly qualified field engineers in the power industry.This study first analyzes the talent needs in the context of new engineering and clarifies the importance of field engineers with solid professional knowledge,practical ability and innovative spirit.Then,a series of training measures were formulated,including optimizing the curriculum,strengthening practical teaching,and promoting industry-university-research cooperation.At the same time,a clear training standard and evaluation system have been formulated to ensure the quality of talent training.Through practical research,the effectiveness of the training system is verified,which provides a theoretical basis and practical reference for the training of electrical professional field engineer talents,helps the sustainable development of the power industry,and meets the new requirements for power talents in the new era.
