摘要
随着新能源汽车的不断推广,电池散热装置的研究与设计也在不断深入。新能源汽车的电池在工作过程中会产生大量的热量,降低电池的充放电效率、缩短电池的使用寿命,严重时还会引发安全隐患,因此设计高效的电池散热装置对于新能源汽车至关重要。现阶段已有的电池散热装置主要有风冷散热与液冷散热等方式,但在实际应用中都存在一定的局限性。基于此本研究综合考虑散热效率与可靠性等多方面因素,探究更优化的电池散热装置设计方案。
With the continuous promotion of new energy vehicles,the research and design of battery heat dissipation devices are also deepening.The battery of new energy vehicles will generate a lot of heat in the working process,reduce the charging and discharging efficiency of the battery,shorten the service life of the battery,and cause potential safety hazards in serious cases,so the design of efficient battery heat dissipation devices is very important for new energy vehicles.At this stage,the existing battery heat dissipation devices mainly include air-cooled heat dissipation and liquid cooling heat dissipation,but there are certain limitations in practical applications.Based on this,this study comprehensively considers various factors such as heat dissipation efficiency and reliability,and explores a more optimal design scheme for battery heat dissipation.
