摘要
电动鸥翼门是一套由多个运动副组成的复杂运动机构,同时涉及车门的结构、运动轨迹、车门的密封、环境智能探测、ECU控制、零件的装配定位以及公差尺寸控制等多系统多领域的协调合作,最终确保电动鸥翼门开闭功能的安全可靠。本电动鸥翼门系统为国内首次开发,经过了多轮软件标定、台架耐久,实车开闭耐久、24通道振动耐久、综合耐久路试、冬夏季路试、扬尘试验以及整车加严淋雨试验等多道严苛试验检验确认,最终实现了其国内量产首发的目标。本文主要阐述了电动鸥翼门在设计开发过程中,如何设定性能目标,如何根据造型空间约束以及车门结构特点完成车门子零件系统布置,运动轨迹设定、性能分析、装配定位,以及软件控制逻辑的设定。然后基于上述设计,结合车身雷达、摄像头等探测器对外界环境的探测,实现鸥翼门智能避障,安全开闭的设计目标。
The electric gullwing door is a complex motion mechanism composed of multiple moving pairs,which involves the coordination and cooperation of multiple systems and fields such as door structure,motion trajectory,door sealing,environmental intelligent detection,ECU control,assembly and positioning of parts,and tolerance and size control,so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the opening and closing function of the electric gullwing door.This electric gullwing door system is the first development in China,after multiple rounds of software calibration,bench durability,real vehicle opening and closing durability,24-channel vibration durability,comprehensive durability road test,winter and summer road test,dust test and vehicle tightening rain test and other rigorous test inspection and confirmation,and finally achieved its domestic mass production first target.This paper mainly expounds how to set the performance target in the design and development process of the electric gullwing door,how to complete the system layout of the door sub-parts according to the constraints of modeling space and the structural characteristics of the door,the setting of the motion trajectory,the performance analysis,the assembly positioning,and the setting of the software control logic.Then,based on the above design,combined with the detection of the external environment by body radar,cameras and other detectors,the design goal of intelligent obstacle avoidance and safe opening and closing of the gullwing door is realized.
