摘要
本文介绍了某车型整车耐久试验过程中,后悬架缓冲块出现开裂失效后的问题排查思路及开裂根本原因分析过程。通过有限元分析法和MTS台架模拟试验分别论证了偏压对缓冲块寿命的影响。不仅为设计工程师提供排查和解决问题的思路和方法,同时论述了后悬架缓冲块开裂发生的根本原因指导产品设计前期进行规避,提高产品可靠性。
This paper introduces the problem investigation ideas and the root cause analysis process of cracking and failure of the rear suspension buffer block in the durability test of a certain vehicle model.The influence of bias pressure on the life of the buffer block was demonstrated by finite element analysis and MTS bench simulation test.It not only provides design engineers with ideas and methods for troubleshooting and solving problems,but also discusses the root causes of cracking of rear suspension buffer blocks,guides product design to avoid in the early stage,and improves product reliability.
