摘要
碳纤维复合材料因具备卓越性能而在汽车制造业中获得广泛应用,其质量轻且强度高的特性促使汽车制造商能显著改善车辆性能及提高燃油效率。近年来,成型技术的革新,诸如预浸料法、模压成形技术和三维打印技术等,为碳纤维复合材料的应用开拓了更广阔的空间。在汽车生产制造环节中,此类技术创新不仅优化了生产工艺流程,还促进了碳纤维复合材料从辅助结构部件向核心结构部件的角色转换。本文旨在详尽分析碳纤维复合材料在当代汽车制造领域的应用实况及成型工艺的最新进展与变革。
Carbon fiber composites are widely used in the automotive industry due to their excellent performance,and their light weight and high strength enable automobile manufacturers to significantly improve vehicle performance and fuel efficiency.In recent years,the innovation of molding technology,such as prepreg method,compression forming technology and three-dimensional printing technology,has opened up a broader space for the application of carbon fiber composite materials.In the automotive manufacturing process,such technological innovations not only optimize the production process,but also promote the transformation of the role of carbon fiber composites from auxiliary structural components to core structural components.The purpose of this paper is to analyze in detail the application of carbon fiber composites in the field of contemporary automobile manufacturing and the latest progress and changes in the molding process.
