电控发动机故障诊断与维修技术的探究与运用

摘要 随着现代电子技术的深入发展和人工智能的不断突破,汽车电子化程度不断提升,作为汽车核心的发动机采用的电控系统也变得日益复杂。电控发动机所涉及众多传感器、执行元件及高度复杂的电子控制单元(ECU)用以提升汽车的整体性能,为汽车发展注入了新动力,但汽车发动机电子化程度加深的同时也给维修人员带来了新的挑战。本文将对电控发动机故障诊断与维修技术层面进行探究,并运用电控发动机故障诊断与维修技术解决常见发动机故障维修实例,总结故障诊断方法,为汽车电控发动机维修人员提供一些值得借鉴的经验。 With the in-depth development of modern electronic technology and the continuous breakthrough of artificial intelligence,the degree of automotive electronics is constantly improving,and the electronic control system used in the engine as the core of the automobile has become increasingly complex.The many sensors,actuators and highly complex electronic control units(ECUs)involved in electronically controlled engines are used to improve the overall performance of the vehicle and inject new impetus into the development of automobiles,but the deepening of the degree of electronization of automobile engines also brings new challenges to maintenance personnel.This paper will explore the technical level of electronically controlled engine fault diagnosis and maintenance,use electronically controlled engine fault diagnosis and maintenance technology to solve common engine fault maintenance examples,summarize fault diagnosis methods,and provide some valuable experience for automotive electronically controlled engine maintenance personnel.
