With the acceleration of urbanization,public transportation is facing increasing travel demand and complex management challenges.The introduction of intelligent technology provides a new solution for the operation and management of public transportation.This article explores the application of intelligence in the operation and management of public transportation,which not only improves operational efficiency and safety,but also improves the passenger experience.The purpose of this paper is to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the digital transformation of the public transportation industry.
