公路桥梁工程预应力混凝土预制T梁施工技术

摘要 为了解决跨江交通瓶颈问题,本文首先介绍了某市新建的跨江公路桥梁工程概况,包括桥梁长度、宽度、投资规模、采用的技术和材料等。然后,分析了工程重难点,如桥隧比例高、结构形式复杂以及项目建设条件复杂等。最后,详细阐述了预应力混凝土预制T梁施工的关键技术,包括预制场布置、钢筋施工、预应力管道布设、钢绞线下料和穿束、模板制作和安装、混凝土制作与浇筑、预应力张拉施工以及管道压浆等。为类似桥梁工程的施工提供了技术参考和帮助。 In order to solve the bottleneck problem of cross-river traffic,this paper first introduces the general situation of the new cross-river highway bridge project in a city,including the length and width of the bridge,the scale of investment,the technology and materials adopted,etc.Then,the major difficulties of the project,such as the high proportion of bridges and tunnels,the complex structural form and the complex construction conditions of the project,were analyzed.Finally,the key technologies of prestressed concrete precast T-beam construction are elaborated in detail,including precast yard layout,steel bar construction,prestressed pipeline laying,steel strand loading and bunching,formwork fabrication and installation,concrete production and pouring,prestressed tensioning construction and pipeline grouting and so on.The study provides technical reference and help for the construction of similar bridge projects.
