老年群体的健康谣言传播研究

Research on the Spread of Health Rumors among the Elderly Population

目的:本文旨在分析老年群体中健康谣言传播的特点、健康谣言易在老年群体传播的原因,并分析其影响,提出相应的对策。方法:本文主要采取个案分析法、文献研究法,希望为老年群体的健康教育和传播提供有益的参考。结果:研究发现老年人对健康谣言的认知程度较低,存在对谣言风险感知弱、对辟谣平台缺乏了解、甄别谣言的能力与意识薄弱以及缺少获取真实有效健康信息的途径等问题。同时,老年群体性别、年龄、受教育程度以及居住情况也对健康谣言的认知具有影响。结论:新技术浪潮之下的老年群体不论是无意识的传谣行为还是主动的传谣行为,实质上都是老年人群体心理需求的一种体现,需要探索出一种与老年人在媒介技术系统下的相处模式解决健康谣言传播问题。

Purpose:This paper aims to analyze the characteristics of health rumor dissemination among the elderly population,the reasons why health rumors are easily spread in this demographic,and to examine their impacts while proposing corresponding countermeasures.Method:This study primarily employs case analysis and literature review methods,intending to provide valuable references for health education and communication for the elderly population.Results:The research finds that elderly individuals have a low level of awareness regarding health-related rumors,exhibiting weak risk perception of these rumors,a lack of understanding of debunking platforms,limited ability and awareness to identify rumors,and a shortage of access to genuine and effective health information.Additionally,factors such as gender,age,educational background,and living conditions of the elderly population also influence their awareness of health-related rumors.Conclusion:Whether through unconscious or intentional rumor dissemination,the behaviors of the elderly population in the context of the new wave of technology essentially reflect their psychological needs.It is necessary to explore a mode of interaction with the elderly within the media technology system to address the issue of health rumor dissemination.
