农村老年人再就业多重赋能路径研究

随着经济的发展,社会整体生活水平提高,老龄化随之加深。除了农村青壮年外出打工之外,越来越多的农村老年人,尤其是农村低龄老年人也逐渐产生了外出打工再就业的需求。他们更多也同样有着丰富的技术经验和相对健康的身体状况,对于外出再就业的意愿也在逐渐增强。但由于目前在老年人就业问题上还存在或多或少的争议,并且相对应的政策和法律法规也存在各种缺失,外加农村社会在对于老年人就业方面存在偏见和意识上的不认同,从而导致农村的老年人再就业实施困难。本文将针对农村老年人再就业所面临的困境和实现农村老年人再就业的可行性进行探讨,并根据现实状况提出相对应措施和建议,促进农村老年人再就业,实现对农村老年人力资源的充分再利用。

As the economy develops and society’s overall standard of living rises,ageing is deepening.In addition to rural young adults going out to work,more and more rural elderly people,especially the younger rural elderly,have gradually developed the need to go out to work and re-enter the workforce.They also have rich technical experience and relatively good health,and their willingness to go out for re-employment is gradually increasing.However,due to the current employment of the elderly there are still more or less controversial,and the corresponding policies and laws and regulations there are also a variety of deficiencies,plus the rural community in the employment of the elderly in the prejudice and awareness of the disapproval,which leads to the implementation of the elderly in rural areas re-employment difficulties.This paper will discuss the difficulties faced by the rural elderly in re-employment and the feasibility of realizing the re-employment of the rural elderly,and put forward corresponding measures and suggestions based on the actual situation,so as to promote the re-employment of the rural elderly and realize the full re-utilization of the rural elderly’s human resources.
