Population aging has become a global issue,and with the continuous growth of the elderly population,the social problems arising from it urgently need to be taken seriously as an important issue.In this context,the importance,function,and role of elderly education have become increasingly prominent.The concept of active aging is in line with this trend,providing a new perspective for the modernization of elderly education in China and promoting the healthy,comprehensive,rapid,and prosperous development of elderly education.Combining the deep meaning of active aging and elderly education,clarifying the necessity and development challenges of elderly education,starting from the national and government perspectives,exploring the development strategies of elderly education,aiming to address the challenges brought by population aging and ensure the harmonious and stable development of our society.
