乡村振兴视域下农村养老服务体系建设困境及路径研究

A Study on the Dilemma and Path of Rural Elderly Care Service System Construction from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

随着我国人口老龄化的不断加剧,以及我国经济发展和社会转型的不断推进,大量的农村青壮年逐渐流失,致使农村养老问题愈发突出,迫切需要建立多层次的养老服务体系。乡村振兴战略从产业、人才、文化、生态和组织等多个角度为构建多元化的农村养老服务体系提供了动力。本文在乡村振兴战略的背景下,探讨当前我国农村养老服务体系建设过程中面临的困境,并在此基础上,提出了强化政府主导培育、多元社会主体力量及弘扬孝道文化等现实路径,以全面提升农村的养老服务质量。

With the continuous aging of China’s population,as well as the continuous advancement of China’s economic development and social transformation,a large number of rural young and middle-aged people are gradually lost,resulting in rural pension problems become more prominent,and it is urgent to establish a multi-level pension service system.The rural revitalization strategy provides impetus for the construction of a diversified rural old-age service system from the perspectives of industry,talent,culture,ecology and organization.Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,this paper discusses the difficulties faced in the construction of the current rural elderly service system in China,and on this basis,puts forward practical approaches such as strengthening government-led cultivation,pluralistic social subject forces and carrying forward the culture of filial piety,so as to comprehensively improve the quality of rural elderly service.
