老年群体参与社区治理困境及提升对策研究

Study on the Predicament of the Participation of the Elderly in Community Governance and the Countermeasures

根据民政部数据可知,我国目前已经逐步步入中度老龄化社会,国家出台了众多政策以应对人口老龄化带来的影响,提倡促进老年群体参与社区治理。本文以社会认知理论为理论基础,探究老年群体参与社区治理的困境,并针对地提出了加大宣传力度、完善公共服务和基础设施、增加代际沟通等对策建议,以期充分发挥老年群体在社区治理中的重要作用,从而应对人口老龄化带来的影响。

According to the Ministry of Civil Affairs,our country is now moving towards moderate population ageing,with numerous policies in place to deal with the impact of population ageing and to promote the participation of the elderly in community governance.Based on the theory of social cognition,this paper explores the difficulties faced by the elderly in participating in community governance and proposes countermeasures,including increasing publicity efforts,improving public services and infrastructure,and enhancing intergenerational communication,in order to fully leverage the important role of the elderly in community governance and address the impact of an aging population.
