周口市农村人口老龄化原因分析及对策研究

Analyzing the Causes of Rural Population Aging in Zhoukou City and Researching Countermeasures

本文以河南省周口市为例,对农村人口老龄化的原因进行分析并提出对策建议。随着乡村振兴战略的推进,周口市作为农业大市面临着严重的农村人口老龄化问题,对农业经济发展产生深远影响。通过对周口市农村老龄化现状的分析,包括人口结构变化、各年龄段人口变动趋势等,揭示了周口市已进入较为严重的老龄化阶段。农村老龄化产生的原因主要有生育率下降、人口预期寿命延长、城市化进程加快导致农村青壮年劳动力外流以及养老保障体系不完善等。针对这些问题,提出了完善农村养老保障体系、提高农村养老服务水平、促进农村经济发展等对策建议,以实现农业可持续发展、缓解人口老龄化问题及维护社会和谐稳定。

This paper presents an analysis of the causes of rural population ageing and puts forward a series of proposed measures to address this issue in Zhoukou City,Henan Province,as a case study.The promotion of the rural revitalization strategy has resulted in Zhoukou City,a prominent agricultural hub,confronting a significant challenge in the form of an ageing rural population.This demographic shift is poised to exert a profound influence on the economic advancement of the agricultural sector.The analysis of the current situation of rural ageing in Zhoukou City,including the changes in population structure and the trend of population change in each age group,reveals that the city has entered a more serious ageing stage.The causes of rural ageing can be attributed to a decline in the fertility rate,an increase in life expectancy,the exodus of rural young and strong labour forces due to the acceleration of urbanization,and the imperfections of the old-age security system.In response to these issues,a series of measures and recommendations have been proposed with the aim of enhancing the rural pension security system,raising the standard of rural pension services and fostering the growth of the rural economy.This would contribute to the sustainable development of agriculture,mitigate the impact of population ageing and safeguard social harmony and stability.
