社区高血压患者药物治疗期间应用规范化管理的干预效果

Intervention Effect of Standardized Management on Hypertension Patients in Community During Drug Treatment

目的:探讨规范化管理在社区高血压患者合理用药和用药依从性中的应用效果。方法:选择2020年5月—2022年5月本辖区内100例老年高血压患者作为研究对象,对其实施规范化管理。记录干预前后潜在不适当用药发生情况、血压达标率和药物不良反应,并采用《中国居民用药行为风险知—信—行调查问卷》和《Morisky服药依从性量表》对患者进行调查。结果:干预后患者用药行为风险知—信—行评分、不良反应发生率低于干预前,服药依从性、血压达标率高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论:对老年高血压患者实施规范化管理是保障合理用药、安全用药、提高血压达标率的有效举措。

Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized management in rational drug use and medication compliance of hypertension patients in the community.Methods:A total of 100 elderly patients with hypertension from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects to carry out standardized management for them.The occurrence of potentially inappropriate medication,blood pressure compliance rate and adverse drug reactions were recorded before and after the intervention,and patients were investigated by the Chinese Residents Drug Behavior Risk Knowledge-Letter-Conduct Questionnaire and Morisky Medication Adherence Scale.Results:After intervention,the risk of medication behavior knowledge-letter-line score,incidence of adverse reactions were lower than before intervention,and medication compliance and blood pressure compliance rate were higher than before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized management of elderly hypertension patients is an effective measure to ensure rational drug use,safe drug use and improve the rate of blood pressure.
