摘要
目的:研究美托洛尔在病态窦房结综合征患者希氏束起搏术治疗后康复中的效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2024年3月于本院接受治疗的80例病态窦房结综合征患者,随机分为观察组(41例)和对照组(39例)。对照组仅实施希氏束起搏术,术后康复中采用常规康复治疗方案,而观察组在希氏束起搏术术后康复中引入美托洛尔治疗,比较两组心功能、心电图和不良反应。结果:康复3个月后,观察组LVEF、LAVI、E/A、P波时限、P波离散度、SACT优于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在希氏束起搏术治疗病态窦房结综合征患者的术后康复中应用美托洛尔可有助于改善心功能和心电图,且不会产生严重的用药不良反应,对促进患者的康复有重大帮助。
Objective:To study the effect of metoprolol in the rehabilitation of patients with sick sinus syndrome after His bundle pacing.Methods:A total of 80 patients with sick sinus syndrome who were treated in our hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(41 patients)and control group(39 patients).The control group was only treated with HIS bundle pacing,and routine rehabilitation treatment was used in postoperative rehabilitation,while the observation group was treated with metoprolol in postoperative rehabilitation of His bundle pacing.The cardiac function,electrocardiogram and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3 months of rehabilitation,LVEF,LAVI,E/A,P wave duration,P wave dispersion and SACT in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of metoprolol in the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with sick sinus syndrome treated by HIS bundle pacing can help improve cardiac function and electrocardiogram,and will not produce serious adverse drug reactions,which is of great help to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
