摘要
目的:探讨丹参多酚酸联合丁苯酞治疗腔隙性脑梗死合并认知功能障碍(MCI)患者的临床疗效。方法:按随机数字表法将2020年6月—2023年6月于本院治疗的80例腔隙性脑梗死合并MCI患者分为对照组40例与观察组40例。对照组采用丁苯酞注射液静脉滴注治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用注射用丹参多酚酸治疗,比较两组临床疗效、神经功能、日常生活自理能力和认知功能以及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分和改良Rankin量表(MRS)评分低于对照组,Barthel指数评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo CA)各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丹参多酚酸联合丁苯酞治疗腔隙性脑梗死合并MCI效果显著,利于改善患者神经功能和认知功能,提升患者日常生活能力,且安全性较高。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of salvianolic acid combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of patients with lacunar cerebral infarction complicated with cognitive impairment(MCI).Methods:According to the random number table method,80 patients with lacunar cerebral infarction complicated with MCI who were treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were divided into control group(40 patients)and observation group(40 patients).The control group was treated with intravenous drip of butylphthalide injection,and the observation group was treated with salvianolic acid for injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,neurological function,daily living ability,cognitive function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and Modified Rankin Scale(MRS)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the Barthel index score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Salvianolic acid combined with butylphthalide has a significant effect in the treatment of lacunar cerebral infarction with MCI,which is beneficial to improve the neurological function and cognitive function of patients,improve the daily living ability of patients,and has high safety.
