消化内科患者口服药物治疗期间应用优质护理联合细节护理的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of High Quality Nursing Combined with Detailed Nursing During Oral Drug Treatment in Patients with Digestive Medicine

目的:探究消化内科患者口服药物治疗期间应用优质护理联合细节护理的效果。方法:选取2023年1月—12月于永春县医院接受口服药物治疗的消化内科患者500例作为研究对象,采用摸球法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组250例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理联合细节护理,比较两组护理质量、不合理用药事件发生情况、依从性、健康行为水平。结果:观察组心理疏导、用法用量告知、饮食禁忌告知、注意事项告知、服务态度及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组用法用量不合理、药物选择不合理、重复用药、超适应证用药的比例均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组规范用药、规律作息、饮食控制、适当运动等评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后信息获取能力、交流互动能力、改善健康意愿、经济支持意愿、健康素养总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消化内科患者口服药物治疗期间应用优质护理联合细节护理,对于提升护理质量、降低患者用药不合理事件发生率、提高患者依从性及健康素养的价值显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of high quality nursing combined with detailed nursing during oral drug treatment in patients with digestive medicine.Methods:A total of 500 patients with digestive diseases who received oral drug treatment in Yongchun County Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by touching the ball method,with 250 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given high-quality nursing combined with detailed nursing.The nursing quality,occurrence of irrational drug use events,compliance and health behavior level were compared between the two groups.Results:The psychological counseling,usage and dosage notification,dietary taboo notification,precautions notification,service attitude and total score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of unreasonable usage and dosage,unreasonable drug selection,repeated medication and super-indication medication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of standardized medication,regular work and rest,diet control and appropriate exercise in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the information acquisition ability,communication and interaction ability,health improvement willingness,economic support willingness and health literacy score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of high quality nursing combined with detailed nursing during oral drug treatment in patients with digestive medicine is of great value in improving the quality of nursing,reducing the incidence of rrational drug use,and improving patient compliance and health literacy.
