品管圈管理协调优质护理在动脉瘤栓塞术后患者康复用药期间的效果

Effect of Quality Control Circle Management and Coordination of High Quality Nursing on the Rehabilitation of Patients After Aneurysm Embolization During the Period of Medication

目的:探讨品管圈管理协调优质护理在动脉瘤栓塞术后康复用药的应用价值。方法:对本院自2021年2月—2023年8月收治的动脉瘤栓塞术后患者共82例作为本次实验研究对象,根据随机信封抽签原则把患者分为品管圈组41例与对照组41例,两组都给予双抗治疗,在此期间,对照组实施常规护理干预模式,品管圈组在对照组护理基础上给予品管圈管理协调优质护理,记录两组用药依从性、预后疗效、并发症与护理满意度情况。结果:品管圈组用药依从性为97.56%,高于对照组的90.24%(P<0.05);品管圈组MRS疗效优良率为97.56%,高于对照组的85.37%(P<0.05);品管圈组并发症发生率为4.88%,低于对照组的19.51%(P<0.05);品管圈组护理满意度为97.56%,高于对照组的90.24%(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈管理协调优质护理在动脉瘤栓塞术后康复用药中能提高患者的用药依从性与预后疗效,也可降低患者的并发症发生率,从而提高护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the application value of quality control circle management and coordination of high quality nursing in rehabilitation medication after aneurysm embolization.Methods:A total of 82 patients after aneurysm embolization admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the principle of random envelope drawing,the patients were divided into quality control circle group(41 patients)and control group(41 patients).Both groups were given double antibody treatment.During this period,the control group was given routine nursing intervention mode,and the quality control circle group was given quality control circle management to coordinate high-quality nursing on the basis of the control group.The medication compliance,prognosis,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were recorded.Results:The medication compliance of the quality control circle group was 97.56%,which was higher than 90.24%of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of MRS in the quality control circle group was 97.56%,which was higher than 85.37%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the quality control circle group was 4.88%,which was lower than 19.51%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the quality control circle group was 97.56%,which was higher than 90.24%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality control circle management and coordination of high quality nursing in the rehabilitation medication after aneurysm embolization can improve the patient's medication compliance and prognosis,and can also reduce the incidence of complications in patients,thereby improving nursing satisfaction.
