摘要
为探究数字经济在实现碳减排目标中发挥的重要作用,本文选取2000~2022年全球157个地区的面板数据,构建空间杜宾模型实证检验数字经济对碳排放的空间溢出效应。研究表明:数字经济发展可以有效抑制碳排放,并且这一过程存在显著的空间溢出效应,在减少本土区域碳排放的同时,会使邻近区域碳排放增长。据此,本文建议各国开展国际技术合作项目,联合开发适应不同国家和地区需求的低碳技术和数字解决方案,共同实现全球碳减排目标。
In order to explore the important role of digital economy in achieving carbon emission reduction targets,this paper selects the panel data of 157 regions around the world from 2000 to 2022,and constructs a spatial Dubin model to empirically test the spatial spillover effect of digital economy on carbon emissions.The research shows that the development of digital economy can effectively curb carbon emissions,and there is a significant spatial spillover effect in this process,which will reduce carbon emissions in local areas and increase carbon emissions in neighboring areas at the same time.Accordingly,this paper suggests that countries should carry out international technical cooperation projects,jointly develop low-carbon technologies and digital solutions that meet the needs of different countries and regions,and jointly achieve global carbon emission reduction targets.
