Under the background of the new era,with the development of society,the juvenile crime incident in our country has taken on a new trend.It is particularly important to explore a development path of special education for minors.On the basis of judicial data resources,this paper makes a quantitative analysis of the current situation of juvenile crime in our country,aiming at objectively analyzing the development trend of juvenile crime from two dimensions:the quantity and characteristics of juvenile crime.This paper analyzes the causes of juvenile delinquency from the aspects of individual psychology,family atmosphere,school education and social environment.At the same time,in light of current social development trends,it is essential to explore how to effectively prevent juvenile delinquency and promote the overall,healthy,and happy development of minors through measures such as strengthening social governance,optimizing family education,improving the school education system,and promoting the comprehensive development of young people.
