Establishing a Juvenile Delinquency Prevention Mechanism Based on the“Fengqiao Experience”

青少年违法犯罪问题在当前社会中日益突出,犯罪低龄化趋势明显,校园霸凌现象频繁发生,青少年法治教育工作仍然需要加强。近年来青少年恶性犯罪频发,传统的预防措施难以适应当今时代。本文以枫桥经验的四前工作法和四先四早工作机制作为借鉴,讨论青少年犯罪预防机制的构建。旨在减少青少年违法犯罪,将青少年违法犯罪的苗头遏制在摇篮之中。

The problem of juvenile delinquency is increasingly prominent in the current society.The trend of juvenile delinquency is obvious,the phenomenon of school bullying occurs frequently,and the legal education of teenagers still needs to be strengthened.In recent years,juvenile malignant crimes have occurred frequently,and the traditional prevention measures are difficult to adapt to the current era.This paper discusses the four examples and the four examples of the juvenile delinquency prevention mechanism.The aim is to reduce juvenile delinquency,and curb the signs of juvenile delinquency in the cradle.
