数字游戏在跨国文化传播中的价值——以《王者荣耀》为例

摘要 《王者荣耀》作为一款广受欢迎的国产MOBA手游,其欧美版本《传说对决》(ArenaofValor)亦在全球范围内获得了显著的关注。本研究聚焦于探讨数字游戏中传统文化的国际传播策略,以《王者荣耀》为例,分析其如何通过融合中国历史和神话元素,利用数字技术的优势,实现文化的跨地域传播。研究采用案例分析法,深入探讨游戏设计中的文化元素及其对全球玩家的吸引力,进而评估其在促进文化交流和理解方面的作用。数字游戏作为一种新兴的文化传播媒介,对于提升中国文化的国际影响力具有重要意义,为未来游戏的跨文化交流提供了实践指导和理论参考。 “Honor of Kings”,as a Chinese popular domestic MOBA mobile game,has garnered significant global attention with its international version,“Arena of Valor”.This study focuses on exploring the international communication strategies of traditional culture in digital games,taking“Honor of Kings”as a case study.It analyzes how the game integrates Chinese historical and mythological elements and leverages the advantages of digital technology to achieve cross-regional cultural dissemination.The research employs case study methodology to delve into the cultural elements within game de-sign and their appeal to global players,thereby assessing their role in promoting cultural exchange and understanding.As an emerging medium for cultural communication,digital games hold significant importance for enhancing the international influence of Chinese culture,providing practical guidance and theoretical references for future game cross-cultural communication.
