As an important place for extracurricular education for young people,the Youth Palace undertakes the important task of cultivat⁃ing their comprehensive development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor.Mass cultural work,also known as mass cultural work,is an important component of the Youth Palace′s work.It provides a platform for young people to showcase themselves,learn and communicate through organizing various cultural,technological,artistic,sports and other activities,which is of great significance for the comprehensive development of young people.Based on this,this article briefly analyzes the value of carrying out mass literature work in the Youth Palace,and then elaborates on the optimization strategies for carrying out mass literature work in the Youth Palace,for the ref⁃erence and exchange of relevant personnel.
