摘要
本文研究了现代学徒制模式在高职工程测量技术专业人才培养中的应用,分析了当前人才培养现状中存在的问题,例如校内实训条件滞后、校企合作缺乏深度融合以及课堂教学模式单一等。在此基础上,提出了四项改进策略:双主体合作、双基地轮训、1.5+1.5培养模式和“双导师”指导,旨在培养适应现代工程测量技术发展需求的高素质技术技能型人才,提升高职教育的质量和社会贡献度。
This article studies the application of modern apprenticeship mode in the training of engineering surveying technology profession⁃als in higher vocational education,and analyzes the problems existing in the current talent training situation,such as lagging conditions for on campus training,lack of deep integration of school enterprise cooperation,and single classroom teaching mode.On this basis,four improvement strategies were proposed:dual subject cooperation,dual base rotation training,1.5+1.5 training mode,and"dual mentor"guid⁃ance,aimed at cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents who can adapt to the development needs of modern engineering survey⁃ing technology,and improving the quality and social contribution of higher vocational education.
