三种不同教学模式下本科生眼科学教学效果分析

摘要 本研究的目的是探讨医学生理论及临床实践课教学模式对教学效果的影响。通过回顾性分析2020年初—2022年底三级医学本科生眼科学成绩的不同,探讨不同教学模式在本科生眼科教学中的效果。采用回顾性分析,统计比较2016级、2017级、2018级三级本科生的眼科学期末卷面成绩、见习课成绩、满意度问卷,比较三级本科生眼科学教学效果。结果发现,期末卷面成绩中的认知题部分采用理论课线上教学的2016级、2017级较2018级分数更高,理解及综合应用题部分及见习课成绩采用见习课线下教学2016级、2018级较见习课线上教学的2017级分数更高。三个年级中理论课线上教学、见习课线下教学的2016级满意度最高,期末总成绩也最高。由此得出结论,线上教学利于认知类知识点的掌握,但对医学知识综合分析及运用能力的培养离不开线下实践过程,综合运用线上及线下相结合的多维教学体系,利于提高眼科学本科教学效果。 The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of theoretical and clinical practice teaching modes for medical students on teaching effectiveness.By retrospectively analyzing the differences in ophthalmology grades among undergraduate medical students at the third level from early 2020 to the end of 2022,this study explores the effectiveness of different teaching modes in undergraduate ophthalmol⁃ogy education.Using retrospective analysis,the final exam scores,internship course scores,and satisfaction questionnaires of undergraduate students from the 2016,2017,and 2018 ophthalmology semesters were compared to compare the effectiveness of ophthalmology teaching for undergraduate students from the three levels.As a result,it was found that the cognitive questions in the final exam scores of the 2016 and 2017 grades,which were taught online through theoretical courses,had higher scores than the 2018 grades.The comprehension and compre⁃hensive application questions,as well as the internship grades,which were taught offline through internship courses,had higher scores than the 2017 grades,which were taught online through internship courses.The 2016 grade had the highest satisfaction with online teaching of theoretical courses and offline teaching of internship courses among the three grades,and also had the highest overall final grade.From this,it can be concluded that online teaching is beneficial for mastering cognitive knowledge points,but the cultivation of comprehensive analysis and application ability of medical knowledge cannot be separated from the offline practical process.The comprehensive use of a multidimen⁃sional teaching system combining online and offline is conducive to improving the teaching effectiveness of undergraduate ophthalmology.
