摘要
在当今数字化教育发展时代,更加重视实践与理论的结合,由复旦大学张学新教授提出的对分课堂教学模式,它整合了传统课堂和讨论式课堂的优点,建立师生对分,有效交互式课堂,为学生自主学习和教师专业成长提供了有效空间。本文借助对分易平台在管理类课程教学中的应用,分别论述了传统管理类课程教学模式的不足,如资源传递不便捷以及课堂氛围差以及学习风格方面的差异等,论述了对分易平台在管理课程教学中应用的流程步骤,以及对分易课堂在管理类课程实现一对多模式的优势,如尊重学生之间个体差异以及增加师生、生生之间互动交流,增加考评准确度等各种优势,以期为相关教育工作者提供有益的借鉴。
In the current era of digital education development,there is a greater emphasis on the combination of practice and theory.Profes⁃sor Zhang Xuexin of Fudan University proposed the split classroom teaching model,which integrates the advantages of traditional class⁃rooms and discussion based classrooms,establishes teacher-student split and effective interactive classrooms,and provides effective space for students′autonomous learning and teachers′professional growth.This article discusses the shortcomings of traditional management course teaching models,such as inconvenient resource transmission,poor classroom atmosphere,and differences in learning styles,using the application of the Fenyi platform in management course teaching.It also discusses the process steps of applying the Fenyi platform in management course teaching,as well as the advantages of implementing one to many models in management courses,such as respecting individual differences among students,increasing interaction and communication between teachers and students,and improving evaluation accuracy,in order to provide useful references for relevant educators.
