Research on the Ideological and Behavioral Characteristics of"Post-2000"College Students and University Education Strategies

随着祖国的繁荣昌盛、信息技术的快速发展,成长环境的不同导致“00后”大学生的思维和行为也有了不同的特点。高校作为培养未来社会栋梁的重要阵地,如何针对“00后”大学生的特点,制定科学合理的育人策略,成为当前教育工作者亟待解决的重要课题。对此,本文详细分析了“00后”大学生的思想特点和行为特点,采用调查法和观察法针对性地提出了适合当下大学生发展的高校育人策略,以期为高校教育工作者的育人方式提供一些参考。

With the prosperity and rapid development of information technology in our country,the different growth environments have led to different characteristics in the thinking and behavior of"post-2000"college students.As an important battlefield for cultivating future pil⁃lars of society,how to develop scientific and reasonable education strategies based on the characteristics of"post-2000"college students has become an urgent issue for current educators.This article provides a detailed analysis of the ideological and behavioral characteristics of"post-2000"college students,and proposes targeted university education strategies suitable for the current development of college students through survey and observation methods,in order to provide some reference for the education methods of university educators.
