民办高校院系党组织考核评价体系优化研究——以西南交通大学希望学院为例

Research on the Optimization of the Assessment and Evaluation System for Party Organizations in Private University Departments——Taking Hope College of Southwest Jiaotong University as an Example

随着民办高校规模的稳步扩大,民办高校在校生人数急剧增加,民办高校已然成为中国特色社会主义伟大事业的重要组成部分。民办高校院系党组织功能的发挥在以党建引领民办高校高质量发展中起着极为重要的作用,功能发挥是否充分有力则需要完善的考核评价体系来进行衡量。本文从民办高校院系党组织考核评价体系运行现状、存在的不足着手,提出针对性较强的民办高校院系党组织考核评价体系优化举措,以期为夯实民办高校基层党组织建设提供一定参考性意见。

With the steady expansion of the scale of private universities,the number of students in private universities has increased sharply,and private universities have become an important part of the socialist education with Chinese characteristics.The function of party organizations in private colleges and departments plays an extremely important role in leading the high-quality development of private colleges and universities through party building.Whether the function is fully and effectively played requires a sound assessment and evaluation system to measure.This article starts with the current operation status and existing shortcomings of the assessment and evaluation system for party organizations in private colleges and departments,and proposes targeted optimization measures for the assessment and evaluation system of party organizations in private colleges and departments,in order to provide certain reference opinions for consolidating the construction of grassroots party organizations in private colleges and universities.
