民族技艺融入职业教育的实证案例研究

An Empirical Research on the Integration of Ethnic Craftsmanship into the Vocational Education

民族技艺融入职业教育,是民族技艺传承体系构建的必然选择,也是职业教育的责任和使命。将民族技艺融入职业教育,对于民族技艺传承体系路径的选择具有重要意义。对江西省民族技艺在职业教育传承的调查结果表明,民族技艺融入职业教育在体系路径上的举措和创新已取得明显成效,但普遍存在民族技艺专业结构设置不合理、融入的区域不平衡、师资队伍欠缺等问题。基于民族技艺在职业教育传承的时代需要,提出构建多元联动的传承体系、产教融合体系、专业课程体系、师资培养体系,为民族技艺融入职业教育的传承提供一些理论依据和实践策略。

The integration of ethnic craftsmanship into vocational education is an inevitable choice for the construction of ethnic craftsmanship inheritance system,as well as taking on the responsibility and mission of vocational education.Integrating ethnic craftsmanship into vocational education is of great significance to the choice of the path for building the inheritance system.An investigation into the inheritance of ethnic craftsmanship via vocational education in Jiangxi Province reveals that the measures and innovations concerning the system and paths of integrating ethnic craftsmanship into vocational education have achieved remarkable results,but there still prevails such problems as unreasonable professional structure of ethnic craftsmanship,regional imbalance of the integration and lack of specialized teachers.To meet the needs of the times which involves inheriting the ethnic craftsmanship during the vocational education,it is proposed to construct a multi-linkage inheritance system,a production-education integration system,a professional curriculum system,and a teacher training system,so as to provide some theoretical basis and practical strategies for the inheritance of ethnic craftsmanship through vocational education.
