针织物平幅连续前处理工艺分析

Process of knitted fabrics with open width continuous pretreatment

为了探讨精炼剂AIO 05在针织物平幅前处理中的应用,测试了精炼剂的性质,并通过小样试验进行优化。结果表明:精炼剂AIO 05具有良好的乳化性、耐碱性及低气泡性;加工纯棉针织物时,最佳工艺为:烧碱8g/L,精炼剂15g/L,双氧水15g/L,双氧水稳定剂3g/L,带液率100%,汽蒸温度102℃,汽蒸时间20min;加工涤/棉针织物时,最佳工艺为:烧碱4g/L,精炼剂5g/L,双氧水5g/L,双氧水稳定剂1g/L,带液率80%,汽蒸温度102℃,汽蒸时间10min。处理后织物的白度大于75%,毛细效应大于15cm,能够满足染色的要求。

In order to investigate the application of scouring agent AIO 05 in open width continuous pretreatment of knitted fabrics,the properties of the scouring agent AIO 05 were tested,and the process was optimized by small sample experiments.The results show that the scouring agent AIO 05 has good emulsifying property,alkaline stability and low foaming property,when processing cotton knitted fabrics,the optimum process is as follows:caustic soda 8 g/L,scouring agent 15 g/L,hydrogen peroxide 15 g/L,hydrogen peroxide stabilizer 3 g/L,pick-up ratio 100%,steaming temperature 102℃,steaming time 20 min;when processing polyester/cotton knitted fabrics,the optimum process is as follows:caustic soda 4 g/L,scouring agent 5 g/L,hydrogen peroxide 5 g/L,hydrogen peroxide stabilizer 1 g/L,pick-up ratio 80%,steaming temperature 102℃,steaming time 10 min.The whiteness of the pretreated fabric is more than 75%,and the capillary effect is more than 15 cm,which can meet the requirements of dyeing.
