摘要
沉积物和水体环境中微生物群落结构对季节变化很敏感,但季节变化对微生物群落功能多样性的影响尚不明确。通过KEGG功能注释,分析微生物群落功能代谢、功能多样性和差异性受季节变化的影响,研究碳功能代谢的多样性,同时利用共线性网络分析季节变化中两种环境内微生物群落的关联性。
Microbial community structure in sediment and water environments is sensitive to seasonal changes,but the impact of seasonal changes on functional diversity of microbial communities is not clear and will therefore be explained by the KEGG functional note,analysis of microbial community functional metabolism,functional diversity and diversity affected by seasonal changes,to study the diversity of carbon function metabolism,at the same time,the collinearity network was used to analyze the relationship between microbial communities in the two environments.
